| Membership |
|
| Any confirmed employee of
M/s.Larsen & Toubro Limited and its group companies of Southern Region can
become member of the Society. The prescribed application form for membership
can be had from the society on request. The membership application for
admission has to be sent to the Secretary along with a Demand Draft or local
Cheque in favour of the Society for Rs. 960/- towards Share Capital Rs. 100/-
(10 shares of Rs. 10/- each), Death Relief Scheme deposit Rs. 500/-, Entrance
& Enrolment Fee Rs. 60/- and LIC Group Insurance Premium Rs. 300/-.

| Withdrawal of Membership
|
|
| No member shall be permitted to
withdraw his membership within a period of 3 years unless he leaves the company
service within this period. Any member who wants to withdraw his membership on
account of his retirement from the Company or on Leaving the employement has to
send a written request addressed to the Secretary.
